Stepping into its place is a meticulously designed dwelling, born from detailed plans, engineering insights, and careful coordination with both the homeowners and our subcontractors. We at James Development, serving as the general contractor, manage everything - from plans, engineering, building permits and inspections to assisting with subcontractor selections and material sourcing.
